Local hoops trio making mark

Loupos, who led Montgomery to the Central Group IV title in 2010, is a junior forward who has started 12 of 16 games for Navy. He’s averaging 3.6 points and 2.3 rebounds for the 6-10 Midshipmen. Against Bryant last month he scored 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting and grabbed four rebounds.
