Montgomery clinches Raritan Division title

Senior guard Ryan McCoy tallied 15 points, 10 rebounds and eight blocks to lead the Montgomery High School boys basketball team past Phillipsburg 67-56, a verdict that clinched the Skyland Conference Raritan Division title Tuesday night.

Senior guard Matt Mignon scored 15 points and senior forward Jon Lott netted 14 for the Cougars, who improved to 13-7 overall and 11-0 in the division. Montgomery won the Skyland’s Delaware East Division last winter before the league realigned.
